Candlelight Vigil - Sept. 14th at 6:30PM

Dear Stanley Mills' Families and Community Members,

As many of you already know, our Stanley Mills family lost a beloved member this summer when Kelli Ardila passed away. We are still very much affected by this loss and want to create a way to honour her memory in a way that includes the students and families that Ms. Ardila connected with over the years that she worked and lived in this community.

We invite you and your families to a Candlelight Vigil so we can all come together to remember the incredible impact Ms. Ardila had on so many of our lives.

Date: Thursday, September 14, 2023
Time: 6:30PM - 7:30PM
Place: Stanley Mills Public School (back of school)

As we are expecting a large number of guests, we encourage families to walk to the school that evening. In the event that our parking lot is full, you may park at Sunny View Middle School (on Chapparal Dr.) and walk over.

You are also invited to bring your own flameless (battery operated) candles with you.

Kelli Ardila was not only a valued member of our school family, but also a dedicated, loving mom and friend to her two amazing daughters. To support them as they embark on their life goals, a GoFundMe has been created so family, friends and our school community have the opportunity to help Kelli’s daughters and parents with this journey. We will also be accepting cash donations at the vigil.
